12 p.m. – 7 p.m Heifer Check-in Closes at 7/Weigh-ins of steers
5:30 p.m. Showmanship using both rings (youngest to oldest)

Saturday, March 16
9 a.m. Heifer Show, alphabetical order, Ring A will start followed by Ring B
9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Skillathon
9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Silent Auction
4 p.m. – 6 p.m. Steer and Market Heifer Check-in/Weigh-ins of steers

​Sunday, March 17
9 a.m. Market Heifer, Steer Show, alphabetical order, Ring A will start followed by Ring B
11:45 a.m. Close of Silent Auction
12 noon Announcement of scholarship, Skillathon & Silent Auction winners
End of Show ALL outside bedding (straw only) must be cleaned up and taken to designated areas

Showmanship is a dry, no fit show
Age classes will be as follows:
Pee-Wee, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, 16-17, 18-21
Showmanship will begin with the pee-wee class followed by the youngest division (8-9).
There will be class heats if entry numbers are high, it will be the judge's discretion on the number called back from each heat. All exhibitors must wear their exhibitor number when entering the ring. Classes 8-9 & 10-11 is Novice division, Classes 12-13 & 14-15 is Junior division, Class 16-17 is Intermediate division, & Class 18-21 is Senior division. The top 2 individuals from each age division will compete for the top 5 Showman awards following the completion of the final age division. Pee-Wee does not compete for overall.
